I actually have a little sympathy for them on this one, since one car is disabled. Was there space for them to park in front of the red car to jumpstart it?
No, not that I recall. I also don't mind this as much, but it is still annoying. The ones that really bother me are the unoccupied cars and the ones that are parked so far from the curb that they are taking up half of the bike lane.

No, not that I recall. I also don't mind this as much, but it is still annoying. The ones that really bother me are the unoccupied cars and the ones that are parked so far from the curb that they are taking up half of the bike lane.
